MaryAnn Barcus (nee Voitik) - Passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at Lightways Hospice home in Joliet. Age 78.

A lifelong community member of Joliet, graduated from St. Mary's Nativity and Class of 1964 from Joliet Central High School. MaryAnn was a 25-year dedicated volunteer of Silver Cross Hospital "Encore Shop", loved giving back to her community, gardening and most of all her family.

Survived by her loving husband of 44-year William Barcus; her son John Boyd; her daughter, Jennifer (Steve) Roake of Lisle, IL; Jeff (Trica) Boyd of Oswego, IL; Julie (Bill) Adelmann of Shorewood, IL; Robert Barcus of Joliet, IL. The three great joys of her life her granddaughters Kendall Adelmann, Kiley Adelmann, and Gillian Roake.

Preceded in death by her parents LaVerne and Elizabeth Voitik (Mammosser), two brothers Charles and Larry Voitik and her son Jeremy Boyd.

Funeral service will be held at Carlson Holmquist Sayles Funeral Home Monday February 24th at 10 AM. Visitation for MaryAnn will be Sunday, February 23rd from 2 to 6PM.
