Meredith L. Davis – passed away peacefully at Park Pointe Healthcare, with her loving family by her side, Friday, November 5, 2021. Age 86 years. Survived by her husband William Dean Davis of Shorewood, her son Steven Michael L. (Patty Silverman) Davis, daughters Kimberly Jo (Thomas C.) Ferguson, Elizabeth Ann Davis and Lynne Marie (Charles Timothy) Campbell. Grandchildren Eric Davis, Dana Skedel, Kelly Pina, Jared and Erin Brooks, Emily and Laura Villafranco, Joshua and Becky Campbell; great grandchildren Addison and Blake Davis, Nia and Nolan Skedel, Connor Rijkse, Kenleigh Pina, Lorelai and Adam Brooks, Rylee and Trevor Campbell and Annabel, Mack and Abby West. Her sister Phyllis Louise (Gray) Leffler and sister-in-law Darlene Gray. Preceded in death by her parents Myron and Annabel (Sailor) Gray and brother Kenneth Duane Gray Meredith worked at Plainfield National Bank as a supervisor in new accounts for 22 years. She was a member of Maple Lawn Christian Church, where she enjoyed singing in the choir, teaching in the children's ministry, vacation bible school and all areas of the service. Meredith especially enjoyed antiquing and making counted cross stitch baby quilts. She was always willing to stop and chat and had a smile for everyone. Private family services have been held.
