Passed in his sleep on Thursday, June 20, 2013. Age 57. Survived by his three children Michael, Cody and Cayla Mejia. His parents Michael and Jessie (nee Gutierrez) Mejia, his siblings Joseph (Laura) Mejia, Patricia Ellis, Dennis (Denise) Mejia and Kathleen (Mark) Vitel. Special friend Carolyn Camble. Several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins also survive. Preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents. Graduate of Lockport Township High School Class of 1974. Funeral services will be held at the Carlson-Holmquist-Sayles Funeral Home, 2320 Black Road, on Monday, June 24, 2013 at 10:00 AM. Interment Woodlawn Memorial Park. Visitation Sunday from 2-6 PM.
