Nancy J. Moody

Passed away peacefully at Lightways Hospice on Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at the age of 87 years.

Nancy is survived by her three children Bill Moody, Jr., Glen A. (Sue) Moody, Sr. and Daniel A. (Rhonda) Moody. Her grandchildren Drew (Cindy) Moody, Garrett (Ashley) Moody and Desiree (Joe) Moody. Seven great-grandchildren Rosie, Abby, Alexia, Gabbie, Annabelle, Garrett Jr. and Ethan. Also survived by her cousin Bob (Luanne) Lewandowski and her special friends Carol and Tammy.

Preceded in death by her parents Andrew and Angela Mikus.

Nancy was born April 2, 1938 in Lockport, IL. Graduate of Lockport Township High School Class of 1956. Nancy enjoyed preciseness of needlepoint, knitting, sewing and found peace and solace in her bible study and bird watching.

Visitation will be held at the Carlson-Holmquist-Sayles Funeral Home & Crematory, 2320 Black Road, Friday, January 16th from 3:00 P.M. until time of services at 5:30 P.M. In lieu of flowers memorials to Lightways Hospice will be appreciated. Private interment will be held at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
