Patricia A. Gagliardo (nee Strainer) - of Joliet, passed away suddenly at her residence, Wednesday, July 21, 2021. Age 82. Survived by her daughters Judy (Craig) Cynor, Christine Traversa, Roseann (John Hicks) Tucker, her grandchildren Rachel and Emma Cynor, Karlie and Rylie Traversa, Mark Tucker and Lillian and Kimberly Hicks; her sister Nancy (Richard) Prodehl and sister-in-law Delores Hertenstein. Numerous nieces and a nephews also survive. Preceded in death by her parents Michael and Ann (Grahovac) Strainer, husband's Joseph Busanelli, Maynard Gagliardo, her son Mark Joseph and brothers Michael and Victor Strainer. Pat was a longtime member of Church of St. Jude. She was a very humble and unassuming person who appreciated the simple things in life, and was generous in any way she could. She was fiercely independent and always looked out for her family. Pat never forgot to send a card to remember a birthday or special event in someone's life, and treasured receiving them as well. Memorial Mass will be held at Church of St. Jude, 2212 McDonough St., Joliet, Friday, July 30th at 10:00 A.M. Memorial visitation from 9:00 AM until time of Mass. Inurnment Woodlawn Memorial Park.
