Paul Joseph Abraytis, 72

Of Broadview, passed away peacefully alongside his family on Thursday December 4th, 2025, in the comfort of his home.

Paul is survived by his dearest wife of 32 years Ann (Almberg) Abraytis of Marseilles and his daughter Savannah Abraytis of Peru.

He is preceded in death by his mother Ann (Buranello) Abraytis, his father John Abraytis, and his brother Jon (Elsa) Abraytis.

He enjoyed his retirement the last several years, spending time outside working around his farm and driving his tractor, and spending quality time with his family and beloved animals. He was an avid harness racing fan and worked with horses most of his life. He had many cherished friends throughout his whole life. He was as witty as they come and we will miss him dearly.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Carlson-Holmquist-Sayles Funeral Home & Crematory, 2320 Black Rd., Thursday, December 11th from 3:00 - 7:00 P.M. Service will be 6:00 PM.
