Passed away at her residence, Tuesday, May 31, 2022. Age 86 years. Survived by her two sons Daniel Martinez and Kevin Martinez. Grandchildren Kyle (Taylor) Martinez, Dominique (Ben Greyson) Martinez, Nichole (Gregg) Shepherd, Justin Martinez and many more grandchildren and great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband Daniel E. Martinez (1998), son Leon Martinez (1961) and two sisters Doris Miner and MaryJane Covarrubia. Pauline was born August 17, 1935 in Joliet to her parents Eugene & Margert Hendrick. She attended Joliet Township High School and retired from Salem Village Nursing Home. Member of St. Bernard Catholic Church. Pauline and her husband Daniel enjoyed traveling throughout the United States and many other countries. Pauline's passion in life was her family, being active in the lives of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at the Carlson-Holmquist-Sayles Funeral Home & Crematory, 2320 Black Rd., Tuesday, June 7th at 11:00 A.M. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 9:00 A.M. until time of services.
