OfJoliet, at Joliet Area Community Hospice Home, Saturday, September 3, 2005. Age 60 years.\r\nSurvived by his wife Mary L. ( nee Ridings), two sons Patrick (Ann) Peterson of Plainfield and Kevin Peterson of Joliet, a daughter Bridget Peterson, his parents Charles and Dorothy Peterson all of Joliet, one brother Douglas Peterson of Woodridge, IL. Also numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.\r\nBorn in Joliet and was a lifelong resident. Graduate of Lewis University, and taught in Joliet Public School District #86 for many years. Currently employed by Metra Railroad. Former usher at St. Mary Nativity Catholic Church. He was the Republican Precinct Committee Man for Precinct #8.
