R. Scott Terdic

"The Big S"

Passed away suddenly, Tuesday, August 30, 2022. Age 60 years.

Survived by his parents Robert and Carol Terdic. His two sisters Marikathryn Terdic-Kazak and Lisa (William) Vertin. His brother Michael (Barbara) Terdic. He was "Uncle S" to four nephews Gregory (Emily) Kazak, Steven (Adrianna) Kazak, Michael Terdic, Jr. and Matthew Terdic. His favorite niece Lindsey (Jimmy Rosequist-fiance) Vertin. Two great-nieces Madeline Kazak and Carolyn Rosequist. A great-nephew Mason Kazak.

Scott was born December 21, 1961 in Joliet. He graduated from Lockport Township High School Class of 1980. Scott graduated Summa Cum Laude from IIT, where he received his Masters of Business Administration in E-Business and Electrical Engineering. He retired from Air Liquide American Corp. where he was Program Development Manager and held many patents for the company. Scott focused his time to following the stock market and property investing. He also enjoyed restoring muscle cars and was an accomplished gourmet chef. Scott was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church where he served as an altar boy and attended St. Joseph Catholic Church. Scott was larger than life, "Lots of Love"

Funeral services will be held from the Carlson-Holmquist-Sayles Funeral Home & Crematory, 2320 Black Rd., Tuesday, September 6th at 9:30 A.M. to St. Joseph Catholic Church, 416 N. Chicago St. at 10:00 A.M. for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery. Visitation will be held Monday from 2:00 - 7:00 P.M.
