Passed away peacefully, Tuesday, May 7, 2013. Age 88 years. Survived his two children Donna (Andy) Castle and James (Fran) Carnaghi; daughter-in-law Sheri Carnaghi. Five grandchildren Brian (Maureen) Castle, Kristy (Ed) Englestad, Julie (Joe) Martin, Carrie Carnaghi and Rachel Carnaghi; and six great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by his wife of 59 years Sarah J. Carnaghi (April 12, 2013) his son Daniel Carnaghi, his parents and a brother Frank. Veteran of the US Army. Lifelong member of the Stone City Post 2199. Funeral services will be held from the Carlson-Holmquist-Sayles Funeral Home, 2320 Black Rd., Friday, May 10, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. to the Cathedral of St. Raymond's for a Mass of Christian Burial to Celebrated at 11:30 A.M. Interment Woodlawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be Thursday from 3:00 to 7:00 P.M.
