Reginald "Reggie Loc" Foster – Born October 15, 1982, passed away in an unfortunate accident, Tuesday, June 30, 2015. Age 32. He was a loving dad to his 8 children that he loved with all his heart Reginaya, Regiana, Reginieya, Reggie, Reginald Jr., Reggion, Laila and Demare. His parents Reginald and Karen Foster; two sisters Dena (Devin) Johnson and Regina Foster; three brothers George King, Darin (Tameeka) Foster and Anthony King. His maternal grandmother Marie Morehead. Numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and circle of friends also survive. Preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Hettie and Leonard Foster and his maternal grandfather Vern Morehead. Graduate of Joliet Central High School. Reggie was a musical artist who focused on sending a positive message to young people. We are sure he would want all to keep his message strong, especially "Put the Guns Down". Lying in state at the Brown AME Chapel, 1502 Mills Rd, Saturday, July 11, 2015 from 9:00 A.M. until services at 10:00 A.M. Interment Elmhurst Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the Carlson-Holmquist-Sayles Funeral Home, 2320 Black Road, Friday from 3:00 – 8:00 p.m.
