Richard "Mark" Johnson - passed away peacefully, Monday, December 26, 2022. Age 71 years.

Richard graduated from Joliet Junior College and University of Texas Corpus Christi. He was an Electrician with IBEW Local #176 for 49 years. He also owned together with his wife, Pohlers Industrial Electric. He was a longtime member of the Elks Lodge #296. Richard was an avid hunter and fisherman and loved grilling. He was a kind and gentle person who will be greatly missed.

Survived by his loving wife Anne Musich-Johnson, his brothers Russel (Jan) Johnson, Chris (Dawn) Johnson, sisters Sherry Filson, Barbara Seltzer and sisters-in-law Paula Musich and Kathleen Musich. Numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews also survive.

Preceded in death by his parents Richard and Shirley Johnson, step-mom Julie Johnson, brothers-in-law Bob Filson and Michael Saltzer and nephews Brian and Patrick Filson.

The family would like to thank the staff at Rush Hospital and Lightways Hospice for the exceptional care given to Richard.
