Richard J. (Rich) Loeffler - passed away peacefully at his home, Thursday, December 31, 2020. Age 76 years. Survived by his devoted wife of 50 years, Mia (Schmitt) Loeffler, his daughters Kate Loeffler, Carrie (Michael) Rogalski, Susan (Chad) Parker, one brother Frank Loeffler and four grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents, Jacob and Marie Loeffler. Rich graduated in 1966 from De Pauw University and in 1969 from John Marshall Law School; he practiced law in Chicago and the surrounding area from 1969-2012. Memorials to Joliet Area Community Hospice will be appreciated in lieu of flowers. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
