Robert P. Galick Sr. Age 79 years, passed away on Friday, December 31, 2021 at Alden Estates of Shorewood. Born in Joliet on November 27, 1942, he was employed by Caterpillar for over 35 years before retiring. Preceded in death by his beloved wife of 57 years, Lorraine A. 'Laney" Galick (2021); his parents, Peter and Elizabeth (nee Gozack) Galick; an infant brother, Peter and a sister-in-law, Mary Ann Benefiel. Survived by his son, Robert P. (Judi) Galick Jr.; his daughter, Loren Galick; 3 grandchildren, Paige, Robert III and Grace Galick; 2 brothers, Jerry (Judy) Galick and Gary (Robin) Galick; his sister-in-law, Eleanor (late, Richard) Wagner and nieces and nephews also survive. Per Robert's request, cremation services will be accorded. Private services will be held and inurnment for both Robert and Laney at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
