Robert Lester Lee – Age 39. Passed away peacefully at home after a long battle from sustaining life threatening injuries from a motor vehicle accident May 7, 2021. He was born in Joliet and was a lifelong resident.

Rob believed in the core spiritual meanings of Buddha, he loved meditation and music. He had a green thumb and enjoyed taking care of his plants and bamboo tree. He loved to detail his car and go for joyrides with family and friends. Rob was a lifelong Chicago Cubs fan, he enjoyed the Chicago skyline and the lights at night. He loved animals, his dog growing up Lucas and his cat. Rob enjoyed being outdoors and was always cracking a joke to make you laugh. He was loved by many and we will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his mom Pamela (Gregory) Terlecki, sister Brandi (Ryan) Herath, daughter Kaley M. Lee, step-siblings Josh (Casey) Terlecki, Samantha (Wyatt) Janke and Justin Terlecki. Special cousins and siblings at heart Nikki (Jay) Bricco, and Paul Summers. Also surviving his nephew Nolan Herath, grandfather Larry Lee, and many cousins.

Preceded in death by his father Robert E. Lee, grandma Doris Shields, and great-grandparents Lester and Dorothy Lee

Memorial Service will be held at the Carlson Holmquist Sayles Funeral Home & Crematory Saturday, February 21st at 1:00 PM. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until time of services at 1:00 PM.
