Ronnell F. Tafoya Age 50, passed away Thursday, February 15, 2018 at home with her loved-ones by her side. Born in Joliet and a life-long resident. She attended Holy Family School and graduated from St. Francis Academy, Class of 1985. She was employed by Walmart for the past 10 years. Preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Leonard and Frances Baker; her paternal grandparents, Gonzalo and Lucy Tafoya; a niece, Isabel Tafoya and by several aunts and uncles. Survived by her loving parents, Luis and Ronnell Tafoya; her siblings, Ronnett Tafoya, Louie Tafoya and Dominic (Sarah) Tafoya; her fianc, Jeff Doty; her nieces and nephew, Miranda Tafoya, Olivia Tafoya and Dominic Tafoya Jr.; two great-nephews, Alexavier and Noah; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, a dear friend, Tammy Wisniewski and several other friends also survive. Funeral Services will be held from the Carlson-Holmquist-Sayles Funeral Home and Crematory, 2320 Black Road Joliet on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at 10:15 am to St. Anne Catholic Church, Crest Hill for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am. Interment Resurrection Catholic Cemetery. Visitation at the funeral home on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 from 3 to 8 pm. Memorials to Joliet Area Community Hospice would be appreciated.
