Rosemary Marchetti

Age 91, of Crest Hill, Il, Passed away surrounded by family on Thursday April 20, 2023. She was born in Joliet, Il to the late Mary (nee Airola) and Bernard Bertino.

Rosemary is survived by her loving children, Lisa (Rick) Riss, Jeffrey (Rose) Marchetti, Melinda (Mark) Sayers, Karyn Jaskoviak, proud grandmother to Michelle (Ryan) Carrasquilla-Lander, Michaal (Erika) Carrasquilla, Joseph (Tori) Marchetti, Anna and Mary Jaskoviak and Great-Grandmother to Miles Lander. Also survived by her Brother Jim Bertino, and Sister-in-law MaryLou Marchetti, OSF. Special thank you to her loving caregiver Jackie Contreras.

Preceded in death by her loving husband Frank Marchetti, her parents, her daughter Mary, and son-in-law Ivan Carrasquilla.

Mom was a strong loving mother. She loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and new great grandchild.

Her greatest love outside of spending time with her family was shopping, she loved collecting antiques and building collections. The thrill of shopping for the prize piece of the collection of anything, but mostly Antiques, Jewelry and Clothes.

Visitation will be held at the Carlson-Holmquist-Sayles Funeral Home, 2320 Black Road on Sunday, April 23, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and also on Monday, April 24, 2023 from 10:00 AM until time of services at 11:00 AM. Entombment Resurrection Cemetery Mausoleum, Romeoville.

In lieu of flowers, donation in Rosemary's name to American Cancer Society or Alzheimer's Association would be appreciated.
