Passed away at Provena St. Joseph Medical Center, Monday, October 29, 2007. Age 90 years.\r\nSurvived by her son H. Smith (Marie) Cady of Fitchburg, WI. Three granddaughters Christine Cady, Andrea Cady and Tori Schafer. Her sister Vera (Oriole-deceased) Holt of Bloomington, IN.\r\nPreceded in death by her husband Harry Cady, her daughter Sharon Williams and her parents Arthur and Jessie Smith.\r\nRuth was born in Miles City, MT. on April 23, 1917. Retired from Joliet Public School District 86. Member of First Presbyterian Church, Deborah Circle, Fifty year member of Joliet Woman's Club, International Kings Daughters and Sons, Whatsoever Girls Circle, J.A.R.T.A. , Quarter Century Club of District 86 and the Will County Home Economics Association. Former member of the Easter Star, A.R.E.M.E. and the White Shrine of Jerusalem.
