Steven T. Platt - Passed away peacefully at Lightways Hospice Home, Wednesday, February 9, 2022. Age 43 years. Survived by his loving mother Anita Lopez and his devoted sister Jennifer (Cory) Dimmitt, his niece Aliya Abercrombie and nephew Jonathon Dimmitt. Step-mother Anna Platt and step-siblings. Also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Preceded in death by his dad Thomas Platt, grandparents Ruth and John Platt and Gladys and Nicholas Costos. And his aunt Cindy Himes. Steven was a graduate of Minooka High School class of 1997. He was a devoted friend to many. Steven worked in the tower industry for many years. The family would like to thank Lightways Hospice Home for the exceptional care given to Steven. Memorial Visitation will be held at the Carlson-Holmquist-Sayles Funeral Home & Crematory, 2320 Black Rd., Friday, February 18th from 11:00 AM until time of Services at 2PM
