Susan M. Carlson (nee Laycock) – passed away Sunday April 5, 2026, at Loyola Medical Center. Age 62.

She is survived by her sons Chad (Emily) Carlson, Troy (Asia) Carlson, daughter Taylor (Tyler) Alley, her treasured grandchildren Victoria, Olivia, Ford and Owen. Her sister Christine Nolan also survives.

Susan is preceded in death by her parents Michael and Sharon Laycock.

Susan enjoyed listening to classic rock and spending time outside especially tanning. She enjoyed watching her kids play sports when they were growing up. Her greatest love was family and spending time with her grandchildren.
