Thomas M. Pastore

Passed away suddenly, Saturday, August 5, 2023. Age 36 years.

Survived by his mother Rose A. Pastore (nee Meitz), his father Michael Pastore and his brother Alex Pastore. His maternal grandmother Josephine Meitz and paternal grandmother Carmella Pastore. His aunts and uncles Steve (Roberta) DeGrado, Thomas DeGrado, Leonard (Sandra) DeGrado, Minkie (Ron) Rocco and Annie. Also Several nieces and nephews.

Thomas was born December 5, 1986 in Hinsdale, IL. Graduate of Carl Sandberg High School. Thomas enjoyed basketball, rollerblading and skate boarding. He was very much loved by his family and friends.

Memorial services will be held at the Carlson-Holmquist-Sayles Funeral Home & Crematory, 2320 Black Rd., Wednesday, August 16th at 6:00 P.M. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 4:00 – 6:00 P.M.
