William J. Nussbaum Sr. - passed away Sunday, July 25, 2021 at Amita St. Joseph Medical Center, with his loving family by his side. Age 82. Preceded in death by his parents Clarence and Loretta (Brandt) Nussbaum. Survived by his loving wife Gloria (Chavez) Nussbaum, his children William Nussbaum Jr., Nancy A. (Thomas) Pierson and Lisa A. (Walter) Nussbaum, grandchildren Susana (Juan) Vera, Melissa (James) Hall, David , Danny and great-grandchildren Liliana, Evelyn and Logan. His sister Joanne Donohue along with numerous nieces and nephews also survive. Visitation will be held at the Carlson-Holmquist-Sayles Funeral Home, 2320 Black Road, Joliet on Thursday, July 29, 2021 from 4 – 8 PM. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, July 30, 2021 beginning at 11:00am from the funeral home to St. Patrick Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 am. Private family inurnment will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials St. Patrick Catholic Church will be appreciated.
