Our Story

At Carlson Holmquist-Sayles Funeral Home and Crematory, our reputation for compassionate and professional service is based on the simple tradition of treating all who enter as family. Our compassionate approach to families we serve is what you will find when you enter our doors. We have been family owned and operated since 1926. Our funeral home can easily accommodate services from small private viewings to large farewell celebrations.

In addition to our chapels, our location is home to our onsite crematory. Owning our own crematory offers families reassurance that their loved ones are safe. Once your loved one comes into our care, they do not leave until they go to their final resting place. Our crematory also has a private viewing room which provides families an area to witness the cremation process, whether for religious, cultural, or personal reasons.

Our staff is here to help you through a difficult time and to help ease the burden of a stressful situation. Our staff is knowledgeable in every aspect of arranging services, including the different types of burial, cremation, memorial services, life celebrations, urn selection, and the variety of keepsake items available. We are here to answer questions about Social Security or Veterans benefits. We strive to provide you with the best service and to support you through the grieving process.
